I really want to double major in Astronautical Engineering and MSS and minor in a language is that possible too pick 2 totally different majors or is this too ambitious and it could lead to burnout?

I think it's better to wait until you speak with your academic advisor when you get there. You won't be able to declare a major until at least the end of your freshman year anyway. You spend up to 2 years taking "core" classes, depending on what you place into.

Your enthusiasm is great, but I don't think you yet know the reality of life at USAFA.

Definitely not possible- you would not have enough room in your schedule to even accommodate Astro and MSS together. Usually those who double major do combinations that are much closer in subject matter (ex: management and economics), and they are generally people who validated a significant number of the core courses to make this possible.
As far as a language minor goes, that's doable- but VERY difficult with Astro. A 2015 grad that I knew majored in Astro with a minor in Chinese, but he often had semesters with 7 or 8 classes. As you can imagine, he was usually hard at work. Other majors (such as Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, etc.) allow a much better opportunity to minor in a language.
Bottom line: you will get the chance to see what major is for you over your first couple of semesters. Give it some time and don't lock yourself into one idea just yet, you may find you really enjoy a subject that you never would have thought interested you.

I really don't want to get ahead of myself, so I'll see how my first year reflects my capabilities before insisting on anything. I just can't wait to start my journey at USAFA.
