In processing forms

What kind of medical forms and evaluations do you complete during in processing?
 
come to think of it, I did read that they take blood again. probably drug testing? It sounds like all the forms will be prefilled. I can't imagine they will have 1200 kids sitting there filling out more forms.
 
From what I could glean from DD, the medical check is cursory for the most part. She had to report early because she had a waiver for ACL tear & they wanted to do a visual check. Had her do squats and such.

But based on my papers I just received the papers I know well have to bring are our
security clearance paperwork
Immunizations
Proof of citizenship
Travel voucher
Optical prescription
ID card
Social security card
Your orders
And I believe there is the quick medical screening and possible drug test.
