Indication transcript received

As there doesn't appear to be a check list item for the transcript on the portal, how will the usafa indicate the end of year transcript has been received?

My DD emailed her counselor and he confirmed that they had received her final transcript. Her portal does not show that USAFA has received it though.

My son just did the same thing. Hopefully, they have received it.
