Indoc pictures

How can you tell from the pictures what company they are in? I didn't positively identify DS, (but I have hopes!).
 
Some pics show candidates holding up fingers ....1 ,2,3, 4 etc. Some photos you can see the number written on the right hand......We saw our son during the lunch formation, ask a midshipman behind us, if they were arranged by company and he said yes, and pointed out which groups were which...... we then got close enough to see the number on our son's hand and it matched what the midshipman said....3......so, our fairly educated guess is that he is in Third Co.
 
I can't see any number on his hand. Every picture only has an H. Does anyone know if there will be a list on the parents page for each plebes name and company? Thank you
 
2013Parent, we also found our CS on 3 pictures. There are almost 600 pictures and I had to look twice at each one closely to find him :redface:
Once they start sorting them by Co, it should get easier to spot him.

Our CS is also on the 3rd Co. as most of the new soccer players. I don't know about the other sports :rolleyes:
 
Correction. Day 2 all Co. have been posted but you need to look at all of them, I found pictures of our CS mixed in other Companies
 
ParkerMom~what color shirt did he have on when he went in? I don't remember he had on when we talked when you were in line. I found my DS around 55-60 and I know your DS went in later.
 
The last time I saw my son with so little hair he was three months old.:biggrin: I'm very greatful for the mids taking and posting the photos - it helps a lot.

Thanks for keeping us all sane class of 2012. Found our son in 4co. Relief too see him. Any one elses son in 4co?

Ours is in Band company - we knew that going in. The nice part of knowing that was when we went to see the lunch formation we found Band company very easily and there he was, right in the first row.
 
Okay now I'm confused! I saw two photo's of my son in Band company but he never mentioned any interest in band at all! :confused:
 
Thanks Midshipman2012. We appreciate the work. I've been anxious to see the pictures. Now I see what my parents went through 28 years ago. Only they didn't have the internet.

I'm glad that you are enjoying the pictures taken by some of the 2012 MIDS. Thank you for your words of appreciation it's very encouraging to us. There are going to be a lot more to come. :) Defiantly check back tomorrow because Saturdays are always filled with lots activity. = more pictures. I'm trying to keep it organized by company so you don't have to look through hundreds of photographs, however some of the pictures might get placed in the wrong company these first days. We haven't started recognizing everyone yet.

My son is in 4th company. He plays football. So glad they got an air conditioned barrack
 
KP13Mom - we finally found him in 4th company. He was already wearing his uniform. He wore a white long sleeved shirt to report in - not very helpful for indentification purposes!
