i completed the questionnaire on the USNA website a couple of weeks ago so I could get some info about the school like I did for USMA, but it's been a while and im wondering: how long does it usually take for them to send the stuff? or do they not send anything?

Contact the USNA Candidate Guidance Office to verify they received your preliminary application.

A preliminary application must be submitted to become an official candidate for next year’s entering class. After being designated as an official candidate for admission, all applicants will be notified by mail.

I am not sure of your situation so you may be too young for this Admissions Cycle. In that case you can request for information at this link.
