My "File Completedness Status" has had those words for the past two months, now. I initially applied in mid-August, and have been awaiting for the "initial evaluation" to be processed so I can get all the other paperwork and information filled out. Problem is, when I contact my region counselor, state, and regional liaison officers, I get no phonecall or email back. I don't know what to do! Is there any way possible I can actually CALL my regional counselor instead of them simply having an email address on there? I'd like to get this sorted and get the ball rolling.
