Injured during PT, pending dodmerb physical

Hello,
To make a long story short, i broke a bone and most likely will need surgery. Shortly after, i got the email to go to dodmets and start the dodmerb process, how will this injury affect the process? Thanks.
 
You'll be DQ'ed pending successful completion of your surgery and your doctor's OK that you are fine. (OK, not very precise medical terms:smile:.) You'll need to be fully healed in time to participate in whatever program you plan to attend (SA, ROTC, etc.).

I would check with your doctor on whether the above is possible this year.
