Are there international programs that are available through AROTC, NROTC or USCGA/USNA involving Poland? I have a polish dual citizenship along with my US citizenship and I thought that it'd be cool to go to Poland through this type of program. Or really maybe anywhere in Europe? Thanks

Army may have a program through CULP. Bull is probably most knowledgeable about the program.
I know NROTC allows students to study abroad for a semester but you have to double up on Naval Science for a semester. (Not such a problem for Marine options who have at least 1 semester free of Naval Science). In any case yo need to work that through your college while keeping your cadre aboard. You probably actually need permission to do it.
