If you didn't see this interview on 60 Minutes- you should. Cpl Meyer's actions were heroic beyond description as were the actions of several others. Conversely there appears to have been some really bad cases of negligence in the TOC. It's a hard story to watch. I hope to read that Army CPT Swenson soon gets recognized for his actions as well.

I watched it, as well. Here is a twenty-three year old young man, who is very unassuming. He says he just did his job. How impressive is that. I thank God everyday for our men and women is uniform. You guys past and present are true leaders, something I believe some of our young people need to learn.
