Intro

Hello, my name is Abby and I'm a junior hoping to be accepted into either USNA or USAFA. I think my application will be pretty competitive, I have very good grades and lots of AP classes and while my athletic skills aren't the best, I'm working a lot for the CFA.

One question though, I really am undecided about whether to go to USNA or USAFA. If I get accepted into one and not the other, that's easy, but what are some of the general strengths and weaknesses between these two academies?

I think your question is one that many have when they are looking at service academies. I think there may be a couple threads in the USAFA and the USNA subforums that will help you get a feel of the pros/cons of each of those academies.

Welcome Abby! Glad you're here. I'd post your question within the USNA and/or USAF threads as you've a better chance of getting an answer there. One bit of advice... do do do take the time to scan through the threads & gather as much information as you can. There is so much good information along with a few BGOs & ALOs to help here & there.
