Ipad at VTCC New Cadet Week

Can incoming freshman students in VTCC have ipads during new Cadet week? How about after that? Like in their rooms?

Definitely not during New Cadet Week and no laptops, watches, phones or alarm clocks.
Don't know about after NCW.

After NCW comes RED phase which lasts about mid semester. Limited access during this period. No TV, doors are kept open, tight schedules for study/quiet times, heavily supervised, social media is discouraged and any time away has to be requested. Pads will be treated like phones and laptops.
