is DoDMerb Eye Exam for Dec21 Too Late

I know that I should have scheduled this much earlier but I can't do anything about that now. I took the DoDMeRB Physical 1 week ago and everything seemed good so I don't think I need any waivers for that. The earliest I could get my eye appointment was 12/21/22 which is almost 2 weeks away and quite close to the deadline. I have 20/20 vision so I don't think I will need any waivers. Is this enough time for DoDmerb to process my exam results? Should I try to reschedule with a different Eye Doctor Provider?
 
I think (just my opinion and I'm not an expert). That the 12/21 is fine. Just be sure you show up no matter what. Hopefully by then DoDMERB will be fully functioning again and be catching back up. At this point, even if you do it sooner, your results will likely just be sitting in the backlog until they can be manually processed anyway.

Probably fine especially if you don’t expect to need a waiver. 20/20 vision and no hint of color blindness would be the most important things to ask yourself before deciding.

My daughter's eye exam was a week ago and her physical is scheduled for the 22nd. I don't think that she was given a choice so I'm just wondering what you mean by close to the deadline (she is going to need waivers for both).

Lol my son waited until the end to get his eye exam because he knew he would fail.

In his less developed brain at the time, he wanted USNA to like him before they found out he was colorblind.
