When I was in 8th grade I had some family issues so I went to a counselor just to work it out. I didn't have depression or anything, it was just to help through the family problems. I went for probably 2 months, it didnt really do much so I stopped going. Im wondering if this will be an issue on my application. Again, I was not depressed and I didn't have any problems, it was just because of family issues. Thanks

You should be fine. Just read and answer the questions for dodmerb. When we say read; the details matter. If it asks if you have ever seen a counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist or anything like that then the answer is yes. Give date range, reason, etc. A family counselor migt not even be on there, not sure. Read the exact words. If it asks if you were diagnosed with something the answer is no.
