I have the interview tomorrow. Super honored to even be considered but I am quite nervous. Any last-minute tips?

Thanks!

Read the other threads on this. Nothing to worry about as it’s more of a formality. AND, just being selected for an ISR interview is a big accomplishment. You wouldn’t be there and they wouldn’t want you there if you weren’t a solid candidate with all the right pieces of the puzzle. Get a good nights sleep and have a good breakfast. I always do scrambled eggs, toast, and black coffee before I start a big day

I'd be careful about making this assumption. While mine certainly was more of a formality, OP should be prepared for an interview equivalent to that of a Senator/MOC nomination interview. It's much better to be prepared and subsequently have a cakewalk interview than not preparing and getting grilled by the district CO. Hopefully I posted this soon enough to help for the interview.

@superbowl15 best of luck tomorrow! Go get 'em!

I walked in super casual with my family (yes little sibs too) to mine having no idea it was an interview. IMO, I should have been more professional but I had 0 idea he was interviewing  otherwise OK.
