The Issue Measurement asks for boot size... for the ladies, do you enter men's or women's sizes?

My DS ordered a pair of Wellco boots, and he is a size 10. We had to return and order a 9, which fit perfectly. Wellco recommends ordering half size down from your running shoes. (I found the link on this forum to Wellco boots.). Even if he is unable to use them for BCT, he has developed blisters and callouses, and will know where to put band aids and such! Plus, I love seeing him wear them proudly! Getting closer every day,

Provide your usual women's size. You'll have a chance to try on when getting issued.

PS, some of the best advice I got before going to basic was to take your time when you're trying boots on during I-Day...there's absolutely no need to rush and an extra few minutes spent figuring out the best size and taking some time to properly lace the boots will save hours with medical later on.

Great advice! Thanks!

Make sure you get wides when they issue some on I-day... it helps a lot.
