Items in packet

Just received my Permit to Report packet today. (super exciting!) but, the package had a rather large tear on side. Can somebody tell me the items that were smaller than about 6in in width that were in the packet? I just want to make sure nothing was lost in transit.

Geoff,

In your package should be a booklet labeled: Important Information for the Class of 2013 (The picture is from IDay last year - my firstie is up front in the wedge). Look inside and it provides you with a check list of every paper needed to be filled out.

the only paper small enough to fit through there would probably be the "Certification of Athletic Eligibility Naval Academy Athletic Association" card its about 5x7...

like MidMom said, check the checklist - I can't find anything entitled "Banking and Midshipman Pay (#10), unless that is the Navy Federal packet...
 
Did you get the 2 "tickets" for the mid store?
 
Oh! I didn't think of that - my two tickets were tucked inside the midstore catalog so they couldn't have fallen out. One other thing was the bumper sticker...

I didn't get a bumper sticker, and there was definitely no tear in mine.
 
The bumper sticker was sort of hidden behind the paper that was in the fold of the large manilla envelope...

from what i gather, everyone's reporting time is 0630, bright and early!
 
No, Ive heard of some people with a 9 am time that being said i too am 630!!!!

ok so the booklet does not tell me what to do with the Naval Health Clinic Annapolis Adult and Pediatric Immunization Questionnaire Do i send this is in with the other medical papers. which doesn't make sense because the first question is "Is the person receiving the vaccine(s) sick today with more than a cold?" Or do i bring it along to I-day? which kind makes sense except my parents wont be there to fill it out...

DO NOT send this in! It does state in the booklet that this is to be delivered on I-Day. it is the form the clinic workers will use should you need additional immunizations. DO make copies just in case!

COPY EVERYTHING!!!
