Great series. Worth waiting for.

For you naval surface warfare types, how realistic are the episode 8 scenes??

No need to give away plot details, just curious.

I liked it. The "old school" intelligence stuff was fun too, because it was very 80's.

Man, I'm old.

I can't watch it because I keep seeing Jim Halpert from The Office as Jack Ryan. I keep expecting snarky comments to the camera
Happens to me as well.

Loved season 1. Started season 2 and got sidetracked. I’ll make it a ‘resolution’ to finish up, and hit #3. Always interested in SWO stuff, now that I have one 🛳️⚓️!!

Me too and Me too.

I'm just through Episode 4. To this point there has only been about five minutes of maritime operations and none of which would be characterized as SWO.

I'm more into Slow Horses on Apple TV about a bunch of MI5 outcasts. Good spy stuff, a great Mick Jagger theme song, and no gratuitous sex (I am old).

How about the opposite of the gratuitous kind? Rhetorical, rhetorical, just my mind in wander mode.

I liked how they used to address sex in movies. There was a close up of them looking at each other, then a fade to a curtain blowing in the breeze in the morning with them talking (fully clothed of course). You knew what happened, but you didn't have to watch it.

The Captain orders one of the defensive weapons on the ready, but you see something else? Says it wont be ready for another few minutes. News to me.

A lot of bridge scenes seemed overacted. They're performing a certain task and you dont see the CO, OOD, or Con go outside.

just my 2 cents.

Slow down there Speedy Gonzales. Some of us have 4 episodes to go and can only devote time to 2 a night.

That was like 5 shows ago ;-). Trust me really vague answer. If bingeing on shows counted toward calories I would be 600 lbs right now.

In another era, I am finally savoring the last season of “Vikings.” I’ve been saving it for a long time. I want to go have a drink with Shieldmaiden/Queen Lagertha before she departs for Valhalla.

Then I’ll twitch myself back to contemporary times.

Haven't gotten into season 2 yet but 1 was fantastic. Trailers for 2 looked really intriguing.

so many great shows out there.

Tehran on Apple TV was really good as well.
Severance as well

I watched ALLLLLL the Vikings shows. So good. And fascinating. And beautifully done.

Finished episodes 5-6 last night.

Still waiting for SWO.
