Does anyone know when the board will post their decisions on the 2nd Board? Or when it will appear on our applications?

If you’re referring to AROTC, the 2nd board doesn’t even meet until next week and it finishes on Friday. I would expect results to come out a few weeks after that.

I'm sure the amount of applications will be smaller for this board....what will take longer will sorting the new apps into the already boarded applicants in the OML for the 3/4 year scholarship offers.

The earlier board had announcements out in about 10 days after the conclusion of the board. Some even received responses in less than a week.

That's a bold assumption. I think you would be surprised by the number of folks that do not complete their application until after the first board's cutoff date. Not everyone is prompt, or ready for their fitness test, etc.

    I'll second Kinnem's comment.

The second board has probably the largest number of new applications, as stated many applicants have not completed their applications or choose to wait for new test scores and a better idea of what EC's and leadership positions they will have their senior year before submitting their application.

By the time the board meets all the new applications have been added to the list, it could very well take a couple extra days due to the greater number of applicants.
