Joining Parachuting Team

Hi there I just got my appointment to USNA for '25 and have always been super interested in joining the parachuting team, but after looking everywhere I could not find out how to join. I'm assuming that following plebe summer would probably be the time to do so, but I am wondering if I would need past experience or something along those lines?

I know one of the members of the team and I'll be seeing him on Tuesday. If you PM me your contact info I'll pass it on to him. He's a great guy and I'm sure he'd be happy to fill you in.

There will be a screener process in the fall. All ECA’s including the Parachute Team will send out information to the Brigade. Feel free to dm with questoins. I know several current members. I will have one staying with me starting Thursday. Congrats on your appointment and good luck!
