I am a current junior in high school. I am a female and a minority. I have a 4.375 weighted GPA and a 3.4375 unweighted GPA. I unofficially rank 87 out of 485 in my class, about too 18%. I've completed 2 AP classes but by the end of my junior year i'll have completed 6.
I am a soccer player but my freshman year i tore my right acl and my sophomore year about 5 months after returning to play i tore my left acl. so i have recently been cleared to play. but with that i don't have much honors for the sport, other than the team's i played on such as an ecnl team. as a junior for the fall season i joined cross country for my school and was the 2nd runner for the girls team. i was supposed to be all conference and go to regionals and states but i had yet another injury due to pushing my body too much before being 100% from my acl rehab. though i did earn the NCHSAA scholar athlete achievement. hoping to not get hurt with indoor outdoor and soccer for school and I believe i have the ability to be all conference for all those sports and achieve other honors with that.
for other extracurricular i'm only part of one clubs, national achievers society and i am also not a leader in the club. but it is hard for me to be part of clubs because my parents are divorced so i have to help take care of my younger siblings. so i had to choose sports or clubs and i chose sports. i also don't have any documented volunteer hours but i do volunteer at a church for brown bag ministry.
I am also the first person in my family to take interest in the military, specifically the Navy. But i do know a lot of people the have gone to the academy and i've spoken and am creating time to speak with them.
As of now what are things that i can do to help me?
