Junior Year AP Classes

I am choosing my classes for my coming Junior year of High School. My school only has regular, honors, and DE classes. There are no AP classes at the school.
I know that the Naval Academy likes to see some AP classes on your application. Should I take some online AP classes or fit in some more honor classes from my school?
If I should take AP online, roughly how many in total should I take?

if your school does not offer AP courses, USNA will know this as your school profile will be provided to them. Take the highest level courses your school offers in a subject (DE and Honors). Definitely take STEM courses.
