Where do you think you are going to go? I was offered a scholarship too and I am deciding now

Congrats man. I don't know if you remember me, but I sat across from you at the nomination reception. I am supposed to find out tomorrow about NAPS!

I received a civil prep offer for USMA as well. I feel like everyone is going to Marion, but I want to go to NMMI..

You go wherever you feel drawn. The program is what you make it. Whether you go to Marion or NMMI, it is yours for the taking and the result is the same. Good luck and DONT be influenced by anyone other than yourself!!! Well, count your families advice as good advice.

I suppose you're right. Thanks! :)

Weiner dog is correct. Go where your heart tells you to go.

Compare the nuts and bolts of the different schools, then factor in what the geography means to you and your family. Both are very isolated, but for good reason.

Both are good schhols that will allow you to get to where you want to be>>>>with the right input from you, of course.

Good luck!

I agree with Weinerdog and Flyboy. I had to laugh at being "very isolated". Roswell is a small city of 50,000+ with jet service to Dallas, all the major fast food places, several musems, major "name brand" hotels/motels, and two multi-screen movie theaters. We are not NYC or LA for sure.

Of course I've lived here since 1996 and have gotten "used" to the slower pace.

With all of this being said, I sent my information and application to NMMI earlier this week.

Civil Prep

I chose Valley Forge for my civil prep year.

Anyone going to VFMA next fall?
