Kudos to Southwest Airlines

I just dropped off my son at the airport to head back to school. He returned from LDAC a few weeks ago so he had to include all of that extra stuff with him now. He had limited his personal stuff but he still had his 2 Army duffels plus one extra bag. Southwest did not charge him the $75 fee for his extra bag even though he was not traveling on orders at this time.

Not any official policy, just a friendly ticket agent (my son said she told him her son is in the Army so I think that was the kicker)
