Received an email from admissions today requesting my 7 semester transcript (semester is not over yet so that's why it is missing), but the last part reads as follows, "Offers will begin going out at the end of the month. I hope to see one in each of your hands sometime soon. " This was official correspondence from a diversity admissions officer. Has anyone else heard solid information as to when BFEs will go out?

That is interesting. It's been made clear by several posters on this forum that offers start going out no earlier than mid-to-late February. Are you a LOA recipient? Perhaps this may be why..

dlee96. I have a principal nomination, 3Q and an LOE. I'm also a diversity candidate (American Indian, so super diverse haha), maybe that's why.

I heard that they are sending them out at the end of this week. I have a loa and MOC nominations.

West Point Admissions: Letters [of appointment] for the the Class of 2018 will begin to [go] out a little later this month. The majority of the appointments will go out in late February/early March.

This was posted on Facebook yesterday. I added the bold.

I was just on there and did not see that post could you share the link please? Thank you! :)

Diversity offers with LOAs will probably go out before the bulk of offers in late February.

It's on the West Point Admissions page, under "Recent Posts by Others" on the right side. Second post down from Thursday, January 9 at 2:51 pm. The mom asked when will letters be sent out for the class of 2014, and WP Admissions answered re. class of 2018 what I posted above.

(I don't want to attach a link that's attached to my FB page.)

Ahh, I understand. Being 3Q, your principal nomination is as being accepted so it would make sense for your to receive an early offer. Congratulations!
