What happens when you don't have all the paperwork in by I-day?
If you totally missed the immunization sheet and didn't send it in for example, what would happen?

Bring it with you. You may end up with a soar arm(s) catching up you immunizations...

The immunization sheet would be among the worst pieces of paper to forget to send in. As a precaution, you should bring a paper copy of all papers sent. You will get every shot listed on the immunizations sheet if it was forgotten.

Get that sheet ASAP and send it in, but also bring in a copy on I-day.

You'll end up getting quite a few shots on I-day I'll bet, unless you got all the shots already.

I have a similar situation.

Only two documents haven't been in Admin's hands. The sheet about who to contact and pay my dues to should I die (heaven forbid), and the overdues sheets to the Armed Forces Bank.

I was at the Visitor Center today to try to get this all straightened out, but either no one would answer my calls OR I would call the wrong person. I had the help of the people at the desk, but to no avail.

Should I go back tomorrow and keep on trying? Or should I just take them on I-Day?

My understanding on those two is first of all, the SGLI (I'm guessing the first form you're talking about) is supposed to be turned in on I Day. That's how we read it at least. Son filled it all out and signed it, but is bringing it with him. The banking overdraft form (again what I think you're talking about) he actually just did yesterday. We just scanned and emailed it to them and got confirmation that he was now all set up for it within about 30 minutes (on a Sunday afternoon!). So that might be easier if you can either scan/email or fax like it says on the form.

forget the immunization sheet and you'll be getting every single shot on it. definitely recommend bringing an extra copy of that.
