Latent TB

Recently had my Tuberculosis test and it came back positive for latent TB. Should I get medication through West Point or my local health care provider ?
 
If you are an appointee, follow instructions provided. If none provided I would contact official sources as to how to proceed.
 
Just talked to my doctors office they said It’s not confirmed that I have it yet. Just because I reacted to it doesn’t necessarily mean I have Latent TB. They gave me directions to get a chest x ray to confirm it and if I do. Then they will prescribe medication
