leadership courses

Hi

I'm not American so I'll never attend usma, but am very interested in military leadership techniqies (especially after having read be know do). I would like to ask the forum if anyone could point me towards some of the litterature used in the west point leadership and management courses?.am sure those courses also have a large amount of case studies and practical assignmenta but i am mainly looking for reading to do on my own (and then thereafter try it out at my job )
