Alright so i have one question. If you had surgery on your leg such as a torn ACL and Meniscus will it be hard to get accepted into the Airfore Academy. Also maybe there is another question.... For the AFA summer seminar, is UNDER CONSIDERATION good?

It may affect you regarding the conditions and how long ago the surgery was taken place. I believe if it was really recent, it marks you down to be DQ compared to a surgery taken place when you were a baby.

However, I do not think that it really affects your chances of becoming accepted into Summer Seminar. I remember my roommate for summer seminar refrained from some physical activities because of her asthma (She decided AFA was not for me soon after).

Under consideration is exactly what it stands for. You are being reviewed by the AFA counselors right now to determine if you're eligibile for a summer seminar slot. Just give it some time. You'll find out soon enough. :thumb:

I believe the surgery itself is not the problem, it is the status after. Questions like, are you completely healed? Are you significantly more at risk for a similar injury? I know for a fact that such a surgery is not (or at least was not for 2012) disqualifying because I have several friends who have had such a surgery.
