I do have one comment though...How in the world did the woman petty officer in the picture get away with wearing the name tag and ribbons reversed on her uniform.

I remember seeing a Navy First Class Petty Officer appear on a TV game show in Full Dress Whites with the medals and ribbons on the exact wrong sides. Least to say I was embarrassed as a Sailor.
