Letters of Rec and SOE help

Hello,

I am currently a junior and am getting ready to ask school officials for letters of rec. However, before I started asking I wanted to make sure I was asking the right people. I will be applying to USAFA, USNA, USMA, and USMMA. I am also slightly confused on what the SOEs are compared to the letters of rec. Can the same person that fills out an SOE also give me a letter of rec for the same academy? Any help is appreciated!

Who I plan on asking based on my understanding:
USAFA: Letters of rec are required from your English, Math, and Science teacher. You are also given space for 2 extra letters of rec
USMA: Letters of rec are required from your English, Math, Science teacher, and a coach. You are not given space for extra letters of rec
USNA: Letters of rec are required from your English and Math teacher. You are given one extra slot
USMMA: You are given space for 2 optional letters of rec
