Letters of Rec not submitting

Hi all,

Both people I asked to write me a letter said they’ve submitted it, but on my portal it says that they have not been received or processed. Any information on why this is occurring?
 
For me, it took about 2 or 3 days from when my recommenders sent the letters for my portal to reflect that my letters of recommendation had been received.
 
Hm, then I would recommend contacting your admissions counselor about it and explaining the situation.
 
The same thing is happening with both my letters also. One was submitted the end of September and the other last week. Both say that USAFA has not received them, but both people told me they did get an email with confirmation that they were sent.
 
So I just checked my portal, and one of the letters says it has been received and processed (this is the one that was submitted last week). Still waiting for the one that was submitted the end of September. Guessing it's just a waiting game then.
