So, I have a bunch of teachers who have all graduated from the Air Force Academy and I was wondering if a letter of recommendation from them would prove more beneficial in the admissions process than a letter from a "normal" teacher (this is assuming each letter was the same). Would the admissions committee be more impressed with the former USAFA grad's letters?

I don't know if it's a matter of being "more impressed" as much as USAFA grads can relate how whatever beneficial qualities you may have would serve you well as a cadet and officer. I say that if you know they will write you a good recommendation, go for it!

If everything else was the same, I don't think it could hurt, but I doubt it would help much. You should focus on getting letters from those teachers in core classes that know you the best and can comment on who you are. Getting a letter filled with first hand experience from a classroom is much better than a generic letter from an academy grad.

are you talking about evaluations or actual letters of rec for your app
