As a plebe and throughout the year how often do you have to opportunity to go to the gym and work out. Also if you don’t play a sport do you just free lift during the activity time?

you can live in the gym. there are clubs dedicated to it.

Any time you’re not in class or at a regimental function

U can pick things up and put them down whenever you have free time at the gym.

The toughest part will be finding the free time, especially the first half of Plebe Year.
