Likelihood of being sent home on In-Processing day

The appointtee handbook for USAFA PS says you could be sent home on in processping day. I understand I need to make sure to bring the required documents, but I was wondering what the likelihood of being sent home on in processing day is? Does it happen often? If I have a mistake on a form or miss a paper is that something that can get me sent home?

I am sure some of the more seasoned forum veterans will chime in, but in my understanding you would not be sent home for something so mundane. Sent home for failure to disclouse that you broke your leg last week, or have some other DQ issues, YES. But for paperwork mistakes you have no issues.
