List of activities and accomplishments

Is the list of activities supposed to be "a list of activities" or more like a resume? The main part I am wondering about is the length, since a resume is supposed to be one page but a list of activities is longer.

Check for any notes that might be in the application about format, but in the past I've just done bullet points in the appropriate box since two of my state's nom sources use online applications.

Yes to bullet points on this. The online space is very small. So make sure to list in order of significance and pre-type in Google docs or other editor first so you can format it to fit more.

Also if you have activities where the scope of recognition is wider, such as national, state, county level: put that first vs a school activity.
