Listing all Siblings on Security Form

I am finishing off the security clearance form and the instructions include the following note:

"When listing relatives, you MUST list all the relatives that fall into that category. You must list
parents, step-parents, siblings, step-siblings, and half-siblings."

I have 6 siblings, but there are only enough slots for me to list my 2 parents and 5 of my siblings. Is this going to be a problem?

Somewhere in the instructions you should find something about adding additional information. I think there's a blank block at the end of all the questions or you're told to add a page. That's where you'd put the info on the sixth sibling.
