LOA but CFA is still pending...

I have a LOA (contingent on the CFA being submitted) and the coach of my sport is telling me that I am in. I submitted the CFA at the beginning of January and while the videos have green checkmarks the CFA itself is still pending. I just received an appointment to the AF Academy and it would have been based on the same CFA scores I submitted to the USMA. However, the USMA is my first choice and I am concerned that the CFA is still pending. Has anyone else been told by a coach they are good to go before the CFA has been officially approved?

I submitted my CFA early November and early December they gave me a 3Q letter. Andy CFA all turned green. Don’t worry they’ll clear you, it just takes a while.

DS videos turned green on August 30th but CFA button didn't turn green until 18 November.

DS was in the exact same position. He had a LOA and his coach told him to be patient. His CFA was pending for weeks but finally went green and a couple days later the portal updated with the appointment offer. Be patient. If USMA is your first choice, hold on a little while longer. It will work out.

I am pretty sure if you are a recruited athlete you've passed the CFA and it's getting the green check mark is just some processing back up. Congrats! What sport?

I have the same issue. I uploaded my videos in November, and they're green but the CFA itself is still pending. I'm getting a little concerned that because I'm not "3Q" yet, and not on the NWL, that USMA will select the top 150 without consideration to me...
