LOA height/weight issue

If the LOA lists a height/weight issue, how does that get "fixed"?

Best to ask the folks that sent your son/daughter the LOA. I'm sure it gave instructions in the letter, but that issue is unrelated to DoDMERB, so I don't want to steer you wrong.

My son's LOA from USMA lists the height/weight thing which is minor.

It also lists his medical qualification as a requirement. We are still waiting for a waiver (he had a hernia repair last summer). We received a letter from USMA that he will recieve consideration for a waiver. So we are waiting for that to happen.

We sent all medical records to DoDMERB early in September. This latest letter from USMA is dated 11/02

Are there any actions we could/should be taking at this time?

The issue regarding the Waiver is something you should e-mail to Mr. Mullen. He would know everything about your case.
