Hello, new member to the forum, but have read posts for quite awhile. My DD met with her MALO yesterday and felt pretty good about how it went. She remarked (almost offhandedly, like it didn't mean much) that he told her that she should be getting an LOA in the next few weeks. In reading the forum, I believe that getting an LOA is a pretty good thing, but how would the MALO be able to make that statement? Would he somehow know? I have no idea of the role that the MALO plays in the process, only that she had to meet with him. ??
