How are LOA's delivered? Is it the proverbial "big package"?

My DD's LOA was in a thin white envelop (TWE). Her Appointment was in the "big package" (BFE) Of note, nothing ever showed up in her portal about the LOA.

Its generally sent in regular mail with WP return address. TWE is commonly used on SAF as letter notifying an applicant they are triple Q'ed non-select. BFE is a package notifying you of an appointment that contains a handsome certificate with your name on it and additional next step instructions before R-Day.
