LOA.. Now what?

Hello,

I received a LOA in the mail a couple weeks back for West Point. After my CFA video is received, assuming it passes, what is next? As long as I do good in school, don’t do anything stupid, and remain in qualified medical state, will I get a letter of appointment? Do all LOAs end up with appointments if they satisfy these conditions?

Nomination? Medically qualified?
 
Yes. You will get an offer of appointment if you have all of that.

The LOA is conditional — contingent on the successful completion of all aspects of the application. Your LOA should state clearly what the outstanding (i.e. incomplete) components are. Make sure you’re doing your part to bring those pieces to closure. Once that’s done, your offer of appointment should be on the way.

Here is my letter. I submitted everything it asked for (PE SOE and CFA)

My son had a LOA ( September) and as soon as he had everything that was requested ( including medical clearance), he received his acceptance email on a Friday and appointment arrived by mail on Monday ( 2 weeks ago). Class 2027
