LOA + Presidential Nom + Fully Qualified

I recently got an LOA, presidential nomination, and was notified that I was found fully qualified.

The condition on my LOA was "medical qualification, physical qualification, CFA videos if applicable and continued excellent work in school.".

Given that the conditions on the LOA have been met, does this mean that I will receive an appointment?

Don’t get sick or injure yourself too close to reporting in day, tend an alternate plan until you can safely let it go, resist senioritis and be self-aware of bonehead impulse control failure-driven decisions.

You can cautiously limber up your happy dance muscles, I would think.
