as long as you receive a nomination you should get an appointment offer from USNA.

Any other requirements listed in the LOA must also be met by March 1st. DoDMERB, CFA, BGO interview, and whatever else you may have on there.

It is still a very good idea to pursue all nominations for which you are eligible, even if you have one already.
