LOA's Class of 2014

This can serve as the thread for USMA LOA's for the Class of 2014. My son received his LOA dated in early August. He has until 15 Oct to complete his packet. Actually it is almost totally completed. He has done everything he can do and the remainder is in the hands of two teachers and a counselor. I would like to know who with an LOA will be visiting West Point this fall. My son has a football conflict and wants to wait until early December after post season playoffs are finished, one way or the other.

How about everyone else? Are you planing on a visit to campus, and if so, when

I will be hosting visitors but the chances of me being your son's host are pretty slim. lol

If you can get there in the fall, it's very beautiful. Plus, they like taking cadet candidates to football games. There are so many sporting events at WP, something will be going on while your son is there. December gets pretty crazy with the semester drawing to a close and preparation for finals. WP will work w/ your son to find a time that is good for him...not to worry.

Visiting West Point

My son had to work his visit into a fall sports schedule last year too. He ended up able to visit WP on Homecoming weekend...and had a blast. Weather was great and there was a lot going on, so if you can swing it, would highly recommend

I didn't get an LOA but I will be visiting USMA in September...
