logging in

I made a DoDMERB account and now when i try to logg in, it keeps telling me theres no record of my username, then i tried making a new one but i says i already have an account associated with my SSN. any ideas of whats going on?

you can email the webmaster.
Also...when son set up his, they email you a confirmation. He cut and pasted the info into the log in spots and would hit submit...getting error messages like that. We realized that when he cut and pasted the info, it was including a blank space...that's what threw it off.
