Logging into DODMETS

My medical portion for the application process finally opened up and I am trying to sign up for dodmerb. However, the site says that I need to use my last name as my password as its my first time. Whenever I do this, it still says that it is incorrect and wont log me in. What do i do from here?

Try different browsers. Sometimes government systems are optimized for one more than another.

Was no real problem, only that my file hadnt been transferred from west point to dodmets yet. If anyone has this same problem, just give it a day or two

Sorry for the question again sir, I am applying to both Navy and army service. On dodmets it only allowed me select one, and I chose army as it was west point who activated my medical examinations. Is that ok even if I'm applying to both services?
