Logistics major

DS first choice is KP. Has visited, spent time with the soccer players there as a recruited athlete, was really impressed and looking to be a Deck Officer as they are to be. But, just to be sure, I think he should look at the 'land' major in that arena as well, Logistics and Intermodal Transportation. But, we don't see anyone talk about this part of that world, so I am asking if anyone has knowledge/experience in this space, and if KP gets a MN ready for that industry component and if success has been realized in that venue as well over time. Pretty much logistics and marine trans. majors are the same except for some electives. When it comes to jobs, companies could careless if one guy was logistics and the other marine trans.
