Hey everyone, I am a 16 year old junior in high school and I want to go to the Air Force Academy. I have spoken with a school counselor and have started getting the ball rolling and will start my nomination letter shortly. I am looking for advice to what I can do to make myself more competetive to be accepted. As of now I have a 3.375 GPA, but I will graduate with a 3.5-3.6 GPA. I have only taken the ACT once, I am enrolled in and have started a prep. class for the ACT, and I recieved a 26. I know that I need at least a 30 to 31, which I know is possible and I will do. I will have four years of competetive Golf and Lacrosse. I am wondering is there anything you can recommend that I can still do to improve my chances of getting into the academy? Thank you for your help.
