Looking for help regarding medical seperation

Hi all,

Last year I was told I was getting medically separated. This sucked after signing 2/7 but that's life. Anyways, a year later, I finally received my DD214, and was told I would get more information with things regarding what to do with my CAC, how to start receiving disability, etc from MIDPERS. with the DD214. Unfortunately, I got it today, and all I got was the DD214 and a memo saying that I was medically seperated. I was wondering if anyone knew what my next steps were, what I should do because I am at a loss. Thank you!
