Haven't heard of that one, but things change all the time. May be a new or informal title for one of the ones listed below. Most admissions activities are organized on a regional basis - regions are listed on admissions website.
The ones I'm familiar with:
RC - Regional Commander. The admissions representative responsible for a geographic region
Diversity Officer - admissions officer responsible for recruiting/assisting diversity candidates. Reports to RC.
FFR - Field Force Representative. Alumni volunteer. Works under direction of RC.
MALO - Military Academy Liaison Officer. Officers assigned to Army Reserves IRR. Reserve assignment is to assist RC. Duties similar to FFR.
